I would say that if you have a clear goal when it comes to something like the fitness world and how it's constantly changing there wont be any doubt about how this could be. Even if you think about how thing things might turn out to be everyone would become a real temple of himself and everyone will train like a bodybuildr. Even the pro at KDJ Fit and http://guiasaludable.net/ said that.
