Just listened to this podcast. Really enjoyed listening to Wendy's passion for fitness and the community (as I do enjoy listening to you!).
As a mum of three young boys (5, 3 and 9 months) its really cemented for me the need to make sure my boys get exercise and sports in their lives NOW to continue those habits later into their lives.
Thank you for all the good work you do. I listen to your podcast when I'm doing boring housework, makes it way less boring.
