Fitness Behaviour 78 - What happened when you were a child? 

Often we hold on to labels/identities that are created when we are children, these can have a massive influence on our behaviours for a very long time. Often these can be limiting behaviours that restrict what we see is possible with our lives. On this episode of Fitness Behaviour I share my thoughts on this and how to move on from these limiting labels.
