Dr Kyra Bobinet is a world leading thinker on behaviour change. She studied at the UCSF School of Medicine and the Harvard School of Public Health and is currently teaching at Stanford School of Medicine. Outside of academia she has created products to help the medical profession help people change their behaviours. On top of this Kyra has recently released the book: Well Designed Life - 10 Lessons in brain science and design thinking for a mindful, healthy, and purposeful life. On this show Kyra shares many amazing insights from her work.
