Hi Bevan, I wanted to say thanks for this podcast - I really got a lot out of it and so much of it applies to me. I really struggle with emotional and binge eating and everytime I go on a training program, I search for ways to still have my cake and eat it - doesn't really work as I'm sure you know... So I'm taking your suggestions on board and making it a black & white rule. Thanks also for the worksheets to follow up the podcast, I will be working on that over the next few hours. Here's to freeing my mind to focus on more important things, like training! Thanks again :)
